Storz Management Company was founded by Jerry Storz, a pioneer in the mobile home park industry. Jerry began his real estate career in Northern California in 1957 and transitioned to the mobile home community sector in 1970. His vision led to the formation of Storz Management Company in 1971, which continues his legacy of innovation and professional management today.

Jerry Storz dedicated over five decades to real estate and mobile home park management. He served as President of the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA) and played a key role in shaping the industry. His legacy of honesty, innovation, and dedication is the foundation of Storz Management Company’s values today.

After successfully investing in mobile home communities, Jerry created Storz Management Company in 1971 to oversee and professionally manage assets. What started with one Sacramento community grew into decades of success managing mobile home, manufactured home, and RV parks across California, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona.

Our Legacy
From a Dream to Reality

Jerry Storz, the founder of Storz Management Company, Storz Realty and numerous investment syndicates, began his long real estate career in Northern California in 1957. After 13 years brokering the purchase and sale of residential, resort, marina and hospitality properties, he made the auspicious transition to specialize in the mobile home park industry.
