Santiam Village North
Santiam Village North is a 74-space all-age mobile home park in Lebanon, Oregon. The community is made up of modern manufactured homes and wide streets. Santiam Village benefits from its central location in town while at the same time is tucked back from the main street for a sense of peace and quiet. Major retail such as Walmart, restaurants, banks and civic amenities are only a short walk away. The South Santiam River is just to the east of the community and Weldwood Park is right next door.
Lebanon is the home of the World’s Largest Strawberry Shortcake, a part of the annual Strawberry Festival that began in 1909. The Strawberry Festival includes a Junior Parade, a Grand Parade (featuring the Strawberry Royalty Court), and a carnival. It is held the first weekend of June. The city has 15 municipal parks, totaling 71.5 acres, which provide residents with baseball, softball, and soccer fields, as well as playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and other resources. Gills Landing has a boat ramp and dock. Ralston Park hosts the town’s Christmas tree and yearly lighting celebration.
